Long before the 2016 election soured everyone on social media, I embraced the power of words and decided I was going to make my personal Facebook page a channel of positivity.

It was one little step in being the change I wished to see in the world.

While I get feedback from time to time that I posted something particularly meaningful for someone, I imagine that there are others who have “unfollowed” me to stop the barrage of messages hitting their Facebook feeds. But, I make no apologies for what I post on MY PAGE. If you don’t like it, you don’t have to read it.
